In a large bag mix cubed chicken (make large cubes) and cubed vegetables with extra virgin olive oil, season salt, garlic powder and pepper. Season to your liking.
Cut bacon in half
Wrap the chicken in to half slices of bacon
Preheat Grill to medium high heat or if using charcoal spread coals to achieve a medium high heat.
Thread meat and vegetable on skewers (in middle), leaving a small space between each item.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill skewers for 10 minutes, turning as needed, continue grilling until meat is cooked all the way through and vegetables are tender.
